Charles Mahagodage
Senior Financial Accountant

Charles is a certified practicing accountant with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management for both profit and non-for-profit sectors. He brings significant depth of financial knowledge and skills to APMHA HealthCare, ensuring robust financial oversight.
As the Company Accountant for APMHA HealthCare, Charles’ eye for detail ensures all program budgets and company funds are managed appropriately, while also providing advice/support to staff around wages.
Zac Williams
IT/Finance Officer

Zac has a background in small business management and finance, running a successful coffee business alongside his work with APMHA HealthCare. He also has experience in IT Support and assists all APMHA HealthCare staff with navigating required systems and platforms, including security requirements.
Zac has continued to expand his knowledge and skills in financial administration and currently administers all contract payments, staff payroll and financial bookkeeping for APMHA HealthCare.
Monique Ataryniw
Quality and Compliance Manager

Monique has a background in education and welfare and was one of the first employees in APMHA. Initially working in our intake team, she then moved into Education and Marketing before becoming fully embedded within corporate contracting and compliance.
In 2022, Monique became our Quality and Compliance Manager, ensuring APMHA’s compliance in accreditations and supporting company improvements across departments.
Sharyn Amos

Sharyn is an experienced senior clinician, credentialed mental health nurse working in key strategic disaster response projects delivered by APMHA.
Sharyn has extensive experience working in various AOD and mental health services both in metro, rural and remote areas. Sharyn was crucial in providing mental health services to the Towong Shire bushfire affected region and more recently, supporting staff of NWMPHN’s RACFs who have been impacted throughout COVID-19 pandemic. Sharyn also supports our Executive Team as our Senior Clinical Auditor.
Phoebe Logan-Jacobson

Phoebe completed her Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) at RMIT in 2019. Phoebe is highly adaptable, practice driven and proficient in IT management platforms. She is passionate about her work with clients and grounded in her client centred, strength based, anti-oppressive social work perspective.
Phoebe started working with APMHA HealthCare’s Intake and Allocations Team in 2019 as our new Mental Health Intake Coordinator. In this role, her passion and approach will continue to inform the transition and support of clients under our service.
Brooke Belzunce

Brooke has a diverse background in business administration and has recently completed a Bachelor of Social Science (majoring Behaviour). In addition, Brooke has worked in various roles within the mental health and wellbeing field, including community support work for a crisis relief centre and multiple project roles.
Brooke combines her passion for mental wellbeing and her strong administration skills, to support the Intake and Allocations team at APMHA.

Sondrelle Kilby
Executive Assistant and Marketing/Education Lead

Sondrelle is excited to be moving into EA (to CEO), Marketing and Education Lead with APMHA. Sondrelle has an extensive background in education and holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. She has been involved in the positive development of children, parents and caregivers, with traumatic and diverse backgrounds. Sondrelle has also delivered programs to Indigenous families, along with drug and alcohol affected families, with safe and supportive environments to develop self-worth, balance and belonging.
Sondrelle is a certified project manager having completed the Prince2 Foundations and Practitioner course. Sondrelle has lived experience of mental health and was proactive in seeking the advice and support that has assisted her in adapting her own thinking patterns and lifestyle to promote her own well-being. Sondrelle currently resides in QLD and is part of our National Workforce with APMHA.

Kerry Coyle
Mental Health Clinician

Kerry is a registered nurse with 35 years experience working in the mental health sector for the past 20 years. Kerry has worked in a variety of diverse roles including; case management and coordination of complex clients, working within crisis assessment teams, management roles in recovery rehabilitation services, counselling roles at Headspace and providing clinical service provision and working closely with GP’s within the primary mental health area. Her work within primary care began with working in Division’s of GP’s in Wangaratta and Wodonga, Medicare Locals.
Kerry commenced working with APMHA in 2019 across a number of programs providing psychological therapy in the North East Victorian regions. Kerry is passionate about recovery orientated practice, empowering and ensuring positive client outcomes.
Paul Darley

Paul Darley has joined APMHA’s Older Minds mental health program. He has a social work background and obtained a Masters in SW in 2017 with a Social Science/Psychology undergrad and is now working toward MH accreditation.
Paul has over 15 years of experience working in community mental health and homelessness in the psychosocial recovery space including mentoring and coaching staff and has specific interests in vulnerable minority communities including Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQA+, CALD, Refugee and Asylum Seekers and has a lot of experience working with clients with AOD and forensic backgrounds. Paul is a proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Hayley works at Alaya House in Shepparton. Hayley has an interest in strength based approaches, empowerment and self direction. Hayley employs an overall holistic approach to helping people improve their needs through stress management and personal growth across the lifespan. Hayley aims to support individuals to connect with appropriate care and she is passionate about providing high quality mental health care in regional areas.
Hayley has a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a Master of Health and Human Services, Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and a Master of Social Work with the University of Melbourne.
Kaitlan Niblock

Kaitlan works at Alaya house in Shepparton and will be delivering outreach services in Seymour in the near future. Kaitlan is passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and mental health outcomes for individuals in the community, with a strong interest in youth mental health. Kaitlan has an interest in strength based and client centred practice, with an aim to provide a supported and caring environment.
Kaitlan has a Bachelor of Human Services and a Master in Social Work and is currently working towards her AASW Mental Health Accreditation. Kaitlan has a background in school wellbeing, youth case management, support and advocacy.
Lauren Millar

Lauren is our Practice Receptionist at Alaya House. Since having graduated highschool in 2020 and acquiring a Certificate 3 in Design, she has developed a passion in gender equality, supporting marginalised communities and mental health awareness.
Lauren believes everyone needs a bit of help sometimes and is a keen advocate of this. When she isn’t working she spends her time drawing, painting, going to the gym and spending time with those she loves, such as her adorable cat Molly
Donna Taggart

Donna comes to APMHA as a Social Worker (BHS/MSW), Play Therapist and Credentialed SMART Recovery Group facilitator for individuals as-well as the Family & Friends of someone with addictive behaviours. Donna is a long time camp volunteer for children who have lost a parent to death and is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Additionally, Donna has many other certificates and diplomas in Community Services, Suicide Prevention and Peri/Post natal Depression to name just a few. Donna has worked across the lifespan in DFV, AOD, Homelessness, Welfare, and the Aged and Carer Services and currently works with our PTS and CCC programs supporting children, youth and adults.

Barbara Medeiros Beirao

Barbara works at Alaya House in Shepparton and will also be delivering outreach services in Seymour soon. Barbara is an accredited Social Worker who is passionate about working with children and young people using Child-Centered Play Therapy and LEGO-Based Therapy.
Barbara has a special interest in working with children on the Autism Spectrum and the elderly. Barbara’s background includes Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences, Bachelor of Social Work, Professional Certificate in Mental Health Practice (1st Class Honours), Post-Graduate Certificate in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Certified Facilitator in LEGO-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and is a formal trainer for the Safe and Together Institute (Family Violence Specialist). She is also a facilitator for Circle of Security and Tuning into Kids. Her work experience comes from mental health support for children with special needs, child protection, family worker, family violence specialist.

Liane is a credentialed mental health nurse with 30 years experience in public and private hospital settings, and now in primary mental health as a counsellor/psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and music therapist.
Liane is an experienced trainer, which has included ASIST, BLS, counselling and stress management. Liane moved into private practice in 2008, where she worked with a number of Medical Clinics under the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program. Liane commenced with APMHA in 2018.

Dr Shanel Few is a Clinical Psychologist and a Board Approved Supervisor. Dr Few is currently working in private practice in Shepparton.
